Gourmet Mix in Bulk DDM 30/09/2026 Organic

What is in the gourmet mix?

Roasted cashew nuts, cranberries made up of 52% fruit with sugar and sunflower oil, roasted peanuts salted with Camargue salt, and hulled pumpkin seeds. All of it comes from organic farming. Kazidomi Vrac packs the mix in a 250 g bag, sold loose by weight.

Gourmet mix or student mix: how does the taste differ?

This one alternates salty, tart and crunchy: salted peanuts, cranberries, roasted cashew and pumpkin seeds. The student mix stays in sweet territory, with raisins and plain nuts. Kazidomi Vrac points the gourmet version at drinks and salads rather than at the pocket of a walking jacket.

Does it contain allergens?

Yes, two families that must be declared: peanuts, present as roasted salted peanuts, and cashew nuts, which are tree nuts. Both appear in capitals in the Kazidomi Vrac ingredient list. Pumpkin seeds and cranberries are not among the regulated allergens.

How do I use it in cooking?

Straight from the bag with drinks, or scattered over a plate of raw vegetables, a houmous, a squash soup or a bowl of brown rice. The cranberries in the Kazidomi Vrac mix bring the sharpness, the pumpkin seeds a fine crunch, and the salted peanuts season the dish with nothing else added.

How do I store it?

In an airtight tub, dry, at room temperature and away from light. The roasted nuts in the Kazidomi Vrac mix go soft in open air, while the cranberries stick together once it turns warm. A closed jar keeps the contrast of textures exactly as it should be.
